Q: What do I need to use KioskWatch?
A: You need to meet these minimum requirements.
1) Netstop 4.0 (12) license.
2) Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
3) a subscription to the Kioskwatch services (a monthly license per machine).

Q: I try to login, but I keep getting an error.
A:When a login fails, you should see a error listed on the page. There are many reasons why you can not login.
You do not have an account
Your account has been locked
Your username or password are incorrect
Your licenses have expired

Q: The site seems to be down, what can I do?
A: Our servers are guaranted to be up 99.7% of the time. If you are outside of the United Stats you may expierence problems connecting to our servers. In most of these situations this is an ISP problem, or an Internet backbone problem, and not a problem with our website or database.
There will be times when we will be updating the website, in these situations we will advertise this on the main login area.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: You must first have at least 1 netstop license. Then you must purchese a KioskWatch license.
Our customer support will contact you with your Ownerid and password. You should then login to KioskWatch and update your settings.

Q: I have a machine that will be down for a week, how will this affect KioskWatch?
A: There are 3 things you should do.
1) Turn off email notification for this kiosk.
2) Turn off alert creation for this kiosk.
3) in the left tree menu, move the kiosk into a folder describing the status. Normally we have a unused, problematic and out of order folder, this allows us to organize our kiosks better.
